COWS Spring Rally Details

Registration: This is a COWS sponsored event. Registration can be submitted through the COWS website at the following link: REGISTRATION LINK. As this is not a CATS sponsored event, no RSVP will be maintained on the CATS website.

Event Description (as copied from the COWS website): CALLING ALL COWS … The next opportunity to gather the herd is May 19 – May 21st in Madison WI.

NOTE: Rooms must be booked by April 18th as any excess rooms in our 50 room block will be released to the public at that time.

Friday Ice Cream Routes take you into Madison where you have an opportunity to enjoy UW’s Babcock Hall Ice Cream. If you prefer to have Ice Cream at the end of your ride you may visit Cold Stone Creamery located one block from the hotel.

Saturday we will meander the country roads south of Madison with optional lunch stops.

Saturday evening’s banquet will be held at The Thirsty Goat’s Taproom in Fitchburg located ½ mile from the hotel. A buffet-style meal consisting of: Fruit & veggie tray, Swedish meatballs, tossed salad, seasonal vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots), cheesy scalloped potatoes, smoked chicken quarters, baked cod, and dessert. Cash Bar. Get your tickets today — $35.00!

The last date to register or cancel for the banquet will be Thursday, April 27. After that date, funds will be committed to Thirsty Goat, and refunds will not be granted. You may, however, transfer your banquet registration to another couple if desired by sending us an email letting us know who will be taking your place.

Sunday routes are coming together beautifully.
