RIDE WAIVERS

Ride leaders are responsible for printing an adequate number of waiver forms (each adult form has space for 10 riders to sign), bringing them to the ride, and having all participants sign.

RIDE LEADERS SHOULD FORWARD A COPY OF SIGNED RIDE WAIVERS TO THE CATS CLUB SECRETARY (GRANT B.) AFTER THE RIDE. This can be accomplished by scanning the signed waivers and sending them to the club secretary via email.

There are two waiver form versions, one for adult riders and one for minors (only needed if there happens to be a minor participating).
